I build desktop apps, research tools for genomics and machine learning, and embedded hardware. I graduate from Vanderbilt in May 2027 and am looking for a full-time software engineering role.

Desktop app that answers plain-English questions about spreadsheets, running entirely on your own computer.

Windows app that scores every base of a DNA sequence with the Evo 2 genomic model, on your own GPU or one rented in your own cloud account.

About

I'm a computer science student at Vanderbilt University. Most of these projects started with a real problem: a math competition that needed grading, a genomics lab that could not send its sequences to an outside server, and researchers who wanted answers from their spreadsheets without uploading them anywhere.
